Flex 2019 funky, Ford’s answer to a modern version of the old school wagon. This is an aging SUV, but still attractive in the middle of the sea of family carriers in similar ways, including the same Ford Explorer.

Ford Flex has two V-6 engines, both of which replace the 3.5-liter engine and are paired with a six-speed automatic. The engine mainly produces 287 horsepower and can be front-wheel drive or all. The Luxury Limited Trim offers an optional dual-turbo V-6 with four-wheel drive 365 horsepower and four-wheel drive standard availability. On our test track, limited turbocharged slides increased to 60 mph in 6.2 seconds. Flex offers more car-like driving experiences due to more squatting than traditional SUVs

The Flex cab can be equipped with a lot of luxury but is of very little standard. For example, the basic SE model doesn’t even come with a touch screen infotainment system. Infotainment synchronization 3 The Ford system is available in limited mid and upper SEL models; Includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities. Three rows of seats are standard and Flex can hold up to seven passengers with free space; With the flat folding of both rear seats, Flex is a flat, cargo transport champion with a large payload floor. Adaptive navigation controls, forward collision warnings, and Sony 12 speaker audio are optional additions, but more modern competitors offer improved driver assistance.
